The best!!!!
Had the most brilliant experience with Vanuse. Needed a driver and van at 9pm for 7am the next day - they sorted quickly and even answered the phone when I called. The driver, Gomana, was punctual, polite, friendly, professional and got me there in great time. Thank you all!!
Good experience, Great customer service. I did have the app freeze on me briefly and the team called me right away. Would recommend adding mobile verification via an sms code or similar
I used this after using shift and vanuse was so much easier, cheaper and no hidden costs and the driver Omar was professional and went the extra mile
I keep getting a "there were problems with that address" error message.
The worst app for drivers. Unstable, scheduled trips never open . Profile details shown wrong driver details. I never been able to take jobs. You can do better.
I would like to write an update to my previous bad review. I did have an issue as described but the customer services responded immediately by phone and email confirming that they did not actually receive any booking from me and that no payment was taken. The guy was very supportive and reassuring about their commitment to customer service so I would definitely not hesitate to use this service in future. If you do have any issues, send them a message and they will sort it out for you.
